* Lunch: Build your own Cheeseburger with beef patties, black bean burger or California veggie burger, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Fries, pesto pasta salad, potato salad and Salad Bar.
* Dinner: Garlic butter baked chicken thighs with roasted potatoes, butternut squash, and green beans. Salad Bar.
Wednesday Jan. 10th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Grilled cheese, Tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, fresh fruit, house salad, and salad bar

Thursday Jan. 11th

* Lunch: Build your own Teriyaki Bowl, with teriyaki chicken or tofu, sticky or brown rice, roasted peppers, onion, mushrooms and edamame. Salad Bar
* Dinner: Roasted beef tenderloin or Impossible meat, mushed potato, roasted butternut squash, asparagus and Salad Bar.
Friday Jan. 12th
* Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, bacon, sausage, vegetarian sausage, oats, fresh fruit, and cold cereal.
* Lunch: Build your own Chipotle Chicken salad, black beans, Pico De Gallo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, chicken, plant meat, avocado, cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Salad bar.
* Dinner: Yellow Thai chicken or tofu curry with rice, roasted vegies and salad bar.
Kitchen for the weekend (M.L.K. DAY). It opens back on Monday Jan.15th for dinner.
